Your reflexology session will be a combination of relaxation techniques and actual reflexology point treatment work. A scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands, which correspond to all the body parts. The physical act of applying specific pressures using thumb, finger and hand techniques result in stress reduction, which causes a physiological change in the body.

We have trained our reflexologists to focus your 30 minute session on both wrists, hands and fingers to help relax, stretch and work out the carpal ligament that surrounds the median nerve to help relieve swelling and pain. Addressing the symptoms at an early stage can help dramatically reduce the chance of surgery or other evasive measures down the road.
